Once in a while I come across a piece of clothing that makes me happy the moment I put it on. This Anthropologie skirt is a perfect example of that. City houses, happy little birdies flying around... tell me it doesn't it lift up your mood just a little? And what better way to add even more cheer to this whimsical scene than to pair it with some stripes. I don't even need sunshine!
