Simple Delights

{Tiny bear couple crocheted by my mom}

Sweet little surprise that came in the mail a while ago and has been cheering me up ever since.

{Cherry pastry - a treat I can never resist whenever we stop at Panera Bread}

{A growing stack of bargain books I can't wait to read once my semester in college is over}

{Three cheese crostini - the easiest way to use up an old baguette}

Slice up the baguette, brush with olive oil, top with a variety of shredded cheese, sprinkle with spices and bake at 425 for about 7 minutes. Voila!

  1. I love Emily Giffen books. They're a bit fluffy, but never fail to be page turners for me. A few other fun-looking books on that nightstand too. Good luck on the end of your semester! Hopefully the cheesy toast will help you through! :)

  2. Thank you, ajr! I will definitely need some luck with all these papers due and some that are overdue. The good news is, there's only a few more weeks left and it will all be over. Well, at least until next semester...
