It's becoming our weekend tradition to stop by for scrumptious deserts and freshly baked baguettes at a little bakery near Logan Square called La Boulangerie.

These ceramic push pins were just too cute to pass up. They look like wedding cake flowers and come in the most clever packaging. It would make a perfect little gift for someone with an office.

I stumbled upon this lovely post card at one of the book stores back in Kaunas (my native city). The blooming meadows remind me of Lithuanian country side and the summers I spent at my grandparents' farm growing up. I love using pretty post cards or even illustrated calendar pages as art. All you need is a simple frame (it's even better if it's matted) and you might be the only one who will know it wasn't an actual print.
